Child Helpline (CHL) Mizoram - 1098

1. CHL System integrated with ERSS-112 is launch on 7th July, 2023 along with 8 other States.

2. CHL Units Staff at all 11 DCPUs have started functioning from 27th July, 2023.

3. CHL Unit workstations at all 11 DCPUs is fully setup and functioning in 8 Districts, and Bsnl setup pending in 3 Districts (i.e. Champhai, Saitual & Khawzawl) due to MPLS connection to be provided by BSNL.

 4 Districts (i.e. Champhai, Saitual, Khawzawl & Hnathial) due to MPLS connection to be provided by BSNL.

4. 4. From 7th July, 2023 to 30th November 2023, Total No. of Calls Received is 1453 & Case Registered is 267.
